Laaker joins Nebraska State Historical Society Foundation’s Board of Trustees

Nebraska State Historical Society Foundation logo (Kearney, NE) — As part of today’s annual meeting, the Nebraska State Historical Society Foundation welcomed Micah Laaker to its Board of Trustees.

The Nebraska State Historical Society Foundation, a 501(C3) not-for-profit corporation, secures funding for the Nebraska State Historical Society from individuals and organizations, across the state and beyond, who value Nebraska’s unique heritage and wish to play a personal role in assuring that Nebraska’s history will be accessible to future generations.

Laaker becomes only the third out-of-state Trustee to be elected to the esteemed organization focused on ensuring the expansion of Nebraska’s rich historical legacy. The Trustees help the Society secure private gifts and promote the Society and its activities, as well as provide personal support.
