Took a while before it got "handed down" to us kids. :) Ataris, by the way, are for consumers; the Commodore line is for producers. The VIC-20 put hair on my chest, as we (i.e. dad) had to hand type each and every game/program we wanted to use initially. We did get a C-64 eventually… that was my dad’s machine first, though.
